Five years ago I prayed for a place where I could take the work I had been doing with the zoo animals—building bridges between species through Reiki, shamanic ceremonies and communication—and bring it to the next level. A place where we could work more closely and personally with the animals—and for an extended period of time rather than only several hours.

Shortly afterward I received a call from someone who was driving back from a workshop held at Earthfire Institute Wildlife Sanctuary and Retreat Center (which had only just opened their doors to groups). She raved about Earthfire and the animals, and I was excited about the possibilities.

Then someone else sent me Earthfire’s powerful video, Energy Healing Wolf. The willingness of the people to support wild wolf Apricot in the best ways possible and the trust that Apricot demonstrated made the hair on the back of my neck stand up—and I knew my prayers had been answered. And the more I learned about the individual animals and Susan Eirich and Jean Simpson, the more sure I became.

This year marked the fifth anniversary of A Walk on the Wild Side at Earthfire Institute. Each year I am delighted to see Susan, Jean and the animals, and am so grateful for the many wonderful experiences that I have had while there. Over time I have come to feel a part of the Earthfire family—human and animal. Some of the Elder Animal Teachers have passed into spirit where they continue to guide and advise, and I watch as younger ones grow into their roles as Animal Ambassadors. It is a very exciting process.

As a “family member” I sometimes get requests from the animals. This time the Animal Teachers (living and in spirit) asked for the creation of a 4-part teleseminar series so that they could carry their messages to more people. They are really excited about the possibilities…

So, this holiday season I hope you will join us for The Gift of the Animals: Stories, Perceptions, Shamanic Journeys!

best wishes,
Rose De Dan

New Teleseminar Series, The Gift of the Animals: Stories, Perceptions, Shamanic Journeys

A unique 4-part teleseminar series hosted by three humans and the wild animals of Earthfire Institute (living and in spirit).

Globally we face a major environmental crisis due to how humans perceive nature. By placing ourselves outside the circle of life we have disconnected ourselves from the natural world and the vast numbers of species who share the Earth with us.

The animals would like to help us shift back into connection with them. In order for that to happen we need to view the world through their eyes for a moment—to shift to their way of perceiving.

This four-week series of telecalls will be hosted by living animals at Earthfire Institute and ones in the realm of spirit; Susan Eirich, Earthfire Institute; Jean Simpson, The Wild Bunch Ranch and Rose De Dan, Wild Reiki and Shamanic Healing.

Each week, with the shamanic support of animal spirit allies you will receive insights and messages as Rose De Dan interviews Susan Eirich and Jean Simpson about their perceptions of what the individual animals they live and work with daily want us to know, and what they have learned from the animals themselves. You will get to know some of the animals as individuals, and gain insights into their lives. You will also experience a shamanic journey, led by Rose De Dan, to meet the animals in a place between the worlds where messages, guidance and healing are more easily accessible.

Each call will also be hosted by different species of animals:

We hope you will join us for this one-of-a-kind teleseminar series concluding with the fourth call on Christmas Eve when the animals will offer each attendee a very special gift!
