How to participate in class
Each week you’ll dial in by phone OR connect through the internet for a 60-90 minute live training call, with ample opportunities for Q&A both during the call and afterwards in the private Facebook group. Each class includes in-depth handouts and a replay of the call for repeat listening and future reference (or handy make-up if you have to miss a class).
In between classes, you will receive assignments designed to give you practical experience and build your confidence. Participation in the private Facebook group expands growth, awareness and helps build community, and is where you will post completed assignments (a requirement for the class) and receive guidance in a community setting.
Training includes attunement to Reiki Level 1, which opens the energy channels and enables the student to connect with the Reiki healing energy.
The result: a strong foundation in Reiki
By the end of the six-week series, students will have received a strong foundation for growing their Reiki skills, will understand the basic concepts of Reiki energy healing, and be able to conduct a Reiki healing session for themselves, other people, animals and plants.
Students who successfully complete all requirements by the end of training will receive a Reiki Level 1 certificate. Note: failure to fulfill requirements can result in removal from the class unless other arrangements have been made with instructor.

Since 1996, Rose has taught Reiki to hundreds of students. Her unique background in energy medicine and animal communication brings depth, warmth, and a sense of joy to the learning experience of Reiki. Each class is filled with stories, personal mentoring, and deep connection.
Rose developed this class series to provide each student with an in-depth introduction to the basics of Reiki energy healing, featuring comprehensive materials, personal mentoring, and practical hands-on experience within an online community setting.

Q: What if I’ve never done energy work before?
A: This class is beginner-friendly and open to all curious, compassionate people.

A: Each class is recorded and shared by email for replay anytime.
Q: Is this for people or animals?
A: Both! You’ll learn how to support yourself, others, and animals alike.
Q: Will I get as much out of this online class as I would from an in-person training?
A: After many years of teaching in-person, I wondered the same thing, and I have discovered that students get more out of the classes since I deliver information and guidance/mentoring each week, and the students have time to contemplate, digest and practice rather than having to take in everything all at once. Additionally, students have access to replays for reference at any time.
Q: I’ve never taken Reiki training before. Is this class for me? I’m already a Reiki practitioner, can I attend?
A: This class is intended for anyone who has not previously taken Reiki training or Reiki practitioners who would like a refresher.
Q: Are these seminars we watch, or is there interaction?
A: Most classes are live. You will be on the phone or listening online. There are handouts with photos to illustrate specific points. There is time at the end of each call for questions, and we also have a private Facebook forum for further sharing and mentoring.
Q: How do I participate in the calls and receive the handouts?
A: When you register, you will receive an email with instructions on how to attend the first call by phone or the internet. Each week thereafter, I send out an email with instructions for class the night before. After each call, I also send an email with links to the handouts, as well as a link to the recording, for reference or for those who were unable to attend live.
Q: My work is directed more to humans than animals. Do you think your training would be the best route for me?
A: Training is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in working with both people and animals. It begins with Reiki for self-healing, followed by Reiki for others. From there, we take the next step to working with animals.
Q: I missed the first class, can I still register? What if I’m unable to attend the live call for one class date? If I’m unable to attend the class live, will listening to the replay work as well?
A: Each live class is recorded, and all students receive a link to the recording within 24 hours afterward. If you were unable to register in time to attend the first class, you can very easily catch up before we start week 2. Registration will close shortly before the second class. The class is designed to benefit students whether they attend live or listen to the replay. Students with work commitments or in a different time zone will still receive full benefits from the training.
Q: Will I receive an attunement during the class?
A: Yes, attunements to Reiki Level 1 are included in the class and are sent to each student during a live call or received via the replay. The attunement process opens the energy channels, enabling the student to connect with the Reiki healing energy.
Q: Do you offer a Reiki Level 2 class?
A: Yes, I also offer a Reiki Level 2 online class.

If you could not register in time to attend the first class live, you can very easily catch up with the replay. Final deadline for registration is July 1.
