October 3-6 at Earthfire Institute, Driggs Idaho

The intention of this special 4-day event is to break down barriers and build bridges of unity and connection, facilitating healing for all participants, both two- and four-legged.

The result? Increased intuitive awareness and communication skills (applicable to all species), and freedom from limiting patterns and lifelong negative beliefs. A powerful opportunity for deep personal healing as well as global transformation!

“Spending time with the animals at Earthfire is like going on a sacred journey.” — 2010, 2011, and 2012 participant Debbie Noyes, Bellevue, WA

Earthfire Institute’s sanctuary houses over 60 animals, including wolves, grizzly and black bears, bison, lynx, foxes, bobcat, coyotes, horses, deer, burros and other wildlife. Depending on circumstances and the particular animal’s needs, we will either visit with them at their enclosures, or be invited to commune with them in the yurt or Wildlife Garden where they are free to roam, play or interact with us as they choose.

“The wolf and coyote choir serenaded us and accepted us…I walked away a different person. The animals forgave humans for their injustice and cruelty towards them, and now I can also forgive and move forward with the animals as teachers and guides in my life. My own animals are more at peace with me, and so are the others that hold a place in my heart. Even new ones have touched me. Bless you for that moment that set a lot of us free from what we carried.” — 2010 participant Donna Safley, Zion, IL

“Months after the workshop, my animal communication/healing work continues to improve and my own animals are responding in clear and positive ways.” — 2010 participant Kathy Dunn, Norcross, GA

Each A Walk on the Wild Side event is focused and customized according to the guidance of the animals and Spirit. Depending on circumstances and the particular animal’s needs, we may visit with them at their enclosures, or be invited to commune with them in the yurt or Wildlife Garden where they are free to roam, play or interact with us as they choose.

Taji Cougar WWS2012 ©Rose De Dan www.reikishamanic.comDuring the event you will:

• identify and release deep energetic blockages that are holding you back from deeper connection
• interweave the energy from storytelling, shamanic journeys, and ceremonies with visits, interactions, and guidance from the animals
• join together in ceremony for personal and global healing
• deepen your intuitive capabilities for use in daily life as well and with your own animal companions

Space is limited to a small number of people so that we can have less impact on the animals and more personalized experiences. We will be living, learning and working as a community while spending time with the animals.

Prerequisites: No previous background in energy work or animal communication required. A willingness to listen and respect the animals as equals, is.

“I would not have traded this weekend for anything because Windwalker gave so much of himself. It was different. It was good. It was, ‘Oh, my God, how am I going to come down from this?’ good.” — 2010 and 2011 participant Mia Schiff, Juneau, AK

37 Cyndi Whoopi celebrate art150ANIMALS AS HEALERS AND TEACHERS

March 23-24, 2013 in Enumclaw, WA

Long ago people and animals had a relationship based on mutual trust and respect; indigenous people celebrated the sacredness of Horse and honored the spiritual connection with powerful ceremonies.

Over time that understanding and connection has been mostly forgotten. And, in losing connection with the spirits of our Horse relatives, we have also lost connection with our own.

During this very special weekend we will spend time in sacred ceremony and dialogue with the Horses who can show us the way back – helping us to heal and renew the bond that we once shared.

In the process you will gain insights and experience energetic shifts that will strengthen your ability to communicate and connect with all animals as teachers and partners.

This class offers the opportunity to participate in smaller groups with one-on-one attention as well as focused individual work for a fuller and more intimate and enriching connection with the energy and the horses.

“The work we did this weekend has changed my relationships with all beings, but especially with my husband and my animals. I see the world more clearly and feel that my words are being heard and respected by those I love.”
