Cat Manitou and the Roof Dismount
I was sitting on the catio, working on my computer, when I heard the unmistakable sound of claws on wood. Manitou had decided to scale the fencepost so he could initiate his favorite rescue game: Help, I can’t get down (which really translates to “pay attention and tell me you love me.”)
From the top of the fence, Manitou started to wail—loudly. I ignored him.
Deep into my work, I was startled to hear his voice coming from directly above me. He was now on the roof. With a sigh, I knew I had to put my work aside and join him in his game. And he played this one for full dramatic effect as you can see in the video. Sound on 😸
