My cat Night Sky shares his view from the catio of the starlings and other birds enjoying the berries on the laurel hedge. The slight banging sounds are some of the dislodged fruits hitting the neighbor’s garage and the ground. Yes, they are messy.

While I was videoing, one of the hummingbirds dropped by for a closeup, Night Sky has some conversations with the birds (the flicker in particular always gets a rise out of him), and fellow feline vacationer Manitou is seen lounging around with his latest summer read. Enjoy!
