Checking his scent territory markers, and the messages left by trespassing neighbor cats.

But there’s also time for a roll on the sidewalk and some grooming.

Manitou pauses in his wash-up to listen for the sounds of a possible cat intruder. Apparently the sounds merited reconnaissance, as he stalks into a neighbor’s yard to check out the intruder.

Manitou has many demands on his time!
