“It felt like being on a real vacation, the kind that is really for rejuvenation.”

When I arrived at my appointment with Rose, I was sure I was in the right place at the right time. I had been dealing with an ongoing back injury from a car accident and had recently been recovering from a pretty nasty diverticulosis attack. I was tired and my back was really making me regret the light gardening that I had done just yesterday.

After an assessment and some initial clearing of my energy field, she invited me to lie on her healing table. As I lay there she began her gentle yet powerful healing session. I could feel my body becoming more relaxed as I allowed the stress, and pain to fall away. At some points, I felt as if I was simply floating rather than actually lying on the
table. I could feel myself being able to breathe deeper than I had been able to previously. I felt safe and supported, and there was no need to be in control…I could just allow myself to receive the healing energy. I could just let go.

As I sank deeper and deeper into this blissful realm of relaxation, I could feel my body and my mind as I embraced the lightness of energy and the knowingness that this was exactly where I needed to be and I was grateful to have found it! It felt like being on a real vacation, the kind that is really for rejuvenation.
